My legs were on either side of him, trapping him on the bed. The dagger Gold had given me was tucked in my pocket, waiting for me to make a move. In the split second I had to think, I was pushed backwards, hitting the wall. Now, it was my turn to be caged.

"Fuck you." I whispered directly into the curve of his neck. Our bodies were intertwined and his hands gripped my waist tightly, not allowing me to squirm.

Gold's dagger was swiped from my belt pocket and suddenly, I felt a sharp poke in my hip.

"Was that an invitation darling?"
