Real life: it's something people tend to try and avoid, especially Luke. Whether it be regular high school drama, or social environments, romance or home life, Luke longs to get away. Real life, to him, is the life of a boy who's lost so much, and just keeps losing. The life of a boy who just needs a friend and a cigarette to keep him sane. The life of a boy who questions why he's even living. What's worth living for? Is everything just going to get worse? They're questions we all ask, but sometimes never know the answer to. Will he find the answer?
