AS FAR AS CANON GOES I RETAINED THE CANON OF THE ORIGINAL TIMELINE FOR THE HALLOWEEN FRANCHISE, SINCE SUBSEQUENT TIMELINES DISCARDED MICHAEL MYERS AS BEING SUPERNATURAL AND KILLED OFF THE CHARACTER OF LOOMIS. AS FOR THE EVIL DEAD CANON I CHOSE THE BACKSTORY FROM EVIL DEAD 2 WHERE ASH GOES TO THE CABIN WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND INSTEAD OF A BUNCH OF FRIENDS.
