Our eyes met, and my pulse soared. The world narrowed to a single, thrilling possibility. Each whispered word, every tender touch, pulled me under his spell. I was lost, and I knew it. The hug that changed everything became our sanctuary, our haven. Yet, shadows of doubt crept in, taunting me. Had I transformed the untouchable heartthrob or merely become a stepping stone? The question haunted me, a constant hum in the background of our intoxicating romance. Was our love a work of art or a fleeting masterpiece, destined to fade?"Concluida
Tainted From a Broken Heart - Poems
When one has their heart broken one too many times, then they become prone to letting go the next person they fall for a little easier. Possibly they no longer feel or maybe they fear from it happening again. Emotionally numb or snake bitten, their hearts no longer beat like they used to. They become tainted. It's her. It can only be her. My desperation has struck new limits for this girl. There are a lot of odds against us. The undeniable attraction. The pain of not being able to touch one another. The scare of our future. And the uncertainty of whether we'll make it out together. We're two worlds apart. A distance that is seemingly impossible to cross. But I would do anything to be with her. All my stories, all my letters, all the simple sentences I thought of in my head. None have come close to grazing even the slightest bit of my love for her. All my love is for her.Concluida
