This is a Fan Fiction and the characters are taken from the anime Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) . Even if the characters are from BB, they have different personalities so please don't nag at me if you see a different persona although some characteristics of each remains though not all. Ciel Phantomhive, the main character in this story is 18 years old, not like the Ciel Phantomhive from that anime who is 13. I have taken him away from his very amorous and well lived life of being rich. In this story, he is a commoner. Though there are some aspects where Ciel is still bearing some of his attitudes in the anime (arrogant, possessive, and poker faced) , he is somewhat a bit tamed here. Sebastian Michaelis , the demon guardian is not actually just a demon here though he has the powers of a demon. He is a mixed of everything, so he's a hybrid. And what they desired, more often than not, were human pets. A series of stories where each brother is forced into ownership of a human and forced to navigate the perils of the Abyssal Plains whilst keeping her safe. Cora is Damien's path. AN: This story is being COMPLETELY reworked as I prepare to update and start on 'Tori' again. It originally debuted in August of 2017 on AO3. I try to leave most of my older work alone, maybe fix some grammatical and spelling errors but otherwise: I don't touch them. That being said, I've been promising the next work in this series for a long while now and I just can't write the next story without fixing this one first. It's... so bad, guys. It just is. Like, it's supposed to be somewhat like an Otome on the realism scale, but even with that, there are some parts of this that I am literally choking on. So I'm re-doing it. The story line will still be mostly the same, but we're going to flesh out these characters a bit, add some continuity in the POVs, and make some pieces a bit more realistic. If you truly liked the old one and I am messing up your world, I really am sorry. That being said, this is turning out being quite a bit darker in language and imagery than the original, so keep that in mind. I think it makes the Demon Lord a much more true to canon character, but you'll have to make your own judgements. As of right now, Chapters 1-4 have been reworked.
