Meredith Grey, a popular girl who is a senior in high school gets invited to a college party at Bowdoin College. The normal party festivities take place however, she meets this college boy. He may or may not change how she feels about life now.

Derek Shepherd, a senior in college who is majoring in pre-medicine, going into medical school next year meets this beautiful girl at this party however, he knows if he falls in love now his chances of getting into a good medical school may be doomed.
