(Wheatley x reader) Human test subjects had been phased out by Aperture long time ago due to "Humanitarian reasons". Since the tests require human subjects, Aperture had been developing a humanoid android that was capable of performing as a substitute for real people and provide valid data for the sake of science. (Y/n) was a personality core transferred into the latest HumAlt model before everything went to shit. (Hey! A portal 2 fanfic in 2021, who would've thought? *this is going to be a humanoid!Wheatley one, im sorry to disappoint core!Wheatley lovers :>)

It was a normal day for Y/N.. until you agree to help run a test that scientist are trying to do. They tell you that it's a new teleporting device. If it is successful, then this will change how people travel forever. You decide to be the first person to use it... However, it went horribly wrong. You pass out and wake up in a large neon city filled with strange humanoid creatures that appear to be animals... As if that wasn't bad enough.. You have to figure out where you are, and how to get back home.. but that won't be easy when people find out a new species just arrived in the city. I don't own any of the art used in the story. Credit goes to the artist.
