A New England Aster named Aster has watched many people go by the field. Some are nice but some are mean. One day while Aster and Lacy (Queen Anne's Lace flower) were soaking up the Sun's rays a couple came up and picks Lacy. Ever since that day, Aster has disliked people even more. A Gardener comes by and digs up Aster. Aster is taken back to the Gardener's house and is planted a garden. Aster sees that the flowers planted in the garden happy, Aster starts thinking that the Gardener actually likes to take care of flowers.

As he takes the matter, in his own hands and walks the street in order to find a nice flower shop in the neighborhood, he comes across the girl who can be his flower girl. 30 days, 30 meetings, 30 flowers. As they learn the meaning behind each shade and each flower, they learn how important they are to each other.
