The journey

Nicaya has always been in the shadows,she lives in Utah and goes a predominantly white school that has her and a few black students.she always shuts her mouth and keeps her opinion in to fit in with everyone.Lucky for her that doesn't last when she meets Khalil,a guy that Transferred to her school after being expelled from seven different schools.Will Nicaya stand up for the new guy when he's attacked for doing things different?
