You are Bakugou's birthday gift from the League of Outcasts given in spite to the Barbarian King. Instead of kicking you out when he finds out you've been lured here on purpose, he takes you in. He's not supposed to fall in love with you. Love is weak. The war with the League is a long time coming, but when it finally comes time to put Shigaraki in the ground, will Bakugou's strength be enough? Or will the king cobra's forces overwhelm his own?
Warnings: Mentions of past abuse and trauma, hurt/comfort, soft!Bakugou more than anything else, Kirishima being a worried dragon. Brand/burn mark, mentions of trafficking. Reader went through some shit, okay? Cursing because it's Bakugou. Violence, blood, injuries, war, minor character death, slight manga spoilers. Shinsou being a cocky little shit, Kaminari and Jirou antics, Sero is underrated and Eri, Kota, Katsuma and Mahoro are a blessing to all that come in contact with them. Equal parts angst and fluff.
