Milo is just a kid with a summer job working at a local movie theater. He sells popcorn, tickets, and candy, sweeps up the theater when the movies end, and deals with your standard amount of Debras. One day, this guy walks in and hands him a fifty. When Milo points this out, the guy tells him to keep the change. Milo does, wholeheartedly, and thinks nothing of it.
Then the guy comes back again.
And again.
And again.
Soon enough, Milo learns his name is Niccolò Otavio (Nick, as he liked to be called) some rich kid from uptown who likes the "charm" of older, one-room theaters like the one Milo works in. Milo thinks nothing more of the guy. They're kinda-friends, that's about it.
And THEN he gets kidnapped by people asking a whole lot of weird questions about Nick. Even odder (though relieving), he gets rescued.
This is the stupidest, most self-indulgent nonsense I have ever written. Enjoy my totally not self-insert and lots of gay crimes as I fantasize about someone showing me what's probably the bare minimum amount of romantic affection!
Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd)
Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
