As an Avenger, Ivy Maximoff feels as though she has finally found her family. While still grieving the loss of her brother, Ivy struggles to move on from all of her trauma and find her true self as well as what her purpose really is in this world.

As the Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes had no choice in his life. No emotions, no feelings, nothing. Only killing. How does someone get over that? More specifically, how does he move past his guilt and decide what he wants in his new and unexpected future?

Ivy and Bucky, both ridden with grief and nearly broken beyond repair. While they may be opposites in many ways, they have more in common than either of them had realized.
