Among Us: Origins
It took me 7 months, but we're finally here. This has been inspired by my friends and I playing Among Us 600 years into the future, a company by the name of Innersloth have been promoted after an attack on Area 51 revealed that the government had abducted a child in Alaska. As 8 years progress, 11 different individuals uncover that Innersloth isn't as great as the media potrays them to be. Disclaimer: Every origin story told has had key ideas from the player. I didn't make the concept, I just did the writing. Over the past few months you guys have been great to me and this is my present to you. Some stories are also longer than each other but that's because the players just had more ideas to work with, so don't feel offended if your story isn't as long as others because I've put an equal amount of effort into each one. Because it isn't in chronological order, Time does jump around but in the end they all lead to the year 2820. I have needed to change plot devices but only for the stories to all canonically make sense. Enjoy. :)Complete

Inventing the first, true, artificial intelligence was never part of Pons' plan. The government every year tasks its elite soldiers to participate in a nation-wide Cull. Hundreds of children are taken from homes and put into one of four Facilities. While most of them will be offered comfortable lives in the forms of low-ranking militia commandos and government jobs, a few will be groomed to be the successors for the highest office the government has to offer: The Law. To ensure that they would be able to keep ruling the world, The Law started implanting chips into all its citizens. These chips called DEC, as Contained electrical current, it's an electronic chip that looks like a silver dot, these chips allowing The Law and any actual law enforcement to be able to track everyone. And it would help to keep everyone in line and stomp out any pesky notions before they manifested into something bigger, something dangerous. Shirley is known in the Facility as Ten, alongside six others, they have spent years enduring confinement and rigorous testing in order to secure a future as head of the Law. When a group calls themselves the codas breaks into the Facility and kidnaps Ten and the others, she's forced to re-examine her future plans. In the year 2050, post-apocalyptic world, a lone girl must choose between becoming the next-in-line to head a corrupt government or siding with those who wish to see the world a better place. Order and lies, or truth and freedom? Whatever she chooses, one thing is clear: both sides bleed. Shirley should decide if the future she'd been promised since childhood is worth the lies it's built upon. Will Shirley choose the future that's been decided for her, or will she make out one all her own, even if that path leads to her destruction?Complete

No one really knew how X's came to be. One day there weren't any, the next day half the population was wiped out. All Karma knew was that they are technological monsters, fit to be the world's biggest weapon, after the splitting particle ray which could reduce any person into air particles in a millisecond. Karma realised how simple it would be to destroy an army even with one X. They were practically indestructible, perfect killing machines, only they'd turned on the government, apparently. Or maybe those bastards had escaped perfectly unharmed, watching how the country was being destroyed. Maybe it was an excuse for overpopulation. xx-xx Karma has been trying to survive for over a year, but it's difficult when X's, mechanical killing machines, roam the streets, hungry for human flesh. Every day that passes by without finding a portal brings the morale lower. They need to escape the country before they all end up dead. It doesn't help that the X's have changed their tactics and are now manipulating people to commit suicide. The death rate keeps increasing, and Karma has to find out what family means, and to what extremes she would go to save the ones she loves.Complete
