who blew up the dorm this time?

There was another incident not quite a random as the first one but when Izuku came back from his morning Jog and he spotted the people who said they were gonna make breakfast and a destroyed kitchen he was not the least bit surprised and decided that he would just get something from the vending machine at school since there was no more toaster or any other kitchen appliances to be found.
