Dax is a young boy who struggles from night terrors and insomnia. He's already in a rough living situation as it is.
And things only grow worse as his night terrors become his reality.
The monsters that haunt his nights, turn out to be real, and one in particular spirits him away from his reality and into a bizarre world of nightmares and creatures.
In this world he is forced into stopping the villain of this strange new world. He hopes it's all a dream. He hopes this place isn't real, but it feels to be.
