Draco Lucius Malfoy is the boy who had no choice. After the Battle of Hogwarts Draco has been arrested and waited three months before his trial began. This is the redemption of Draco during his trial in which all the good he's done to help the golden trio is finally shed light upon. Was Draco Malfoy the bad guy everyone always believed him to be? Was he really the boy who had no choice or did he just make the wrong ones? Even if he's found not guilty, is he innocent?

DISCLAIMER: I do not own Harry Potter or the characters used in this book. They belong to JK Rowling. I also do not support JK's transphobic views. Love the art, just not the artist.

There are a few continuity issues in this since I was unable to go strictly by just the books and instead implemented elements from the movies as well. For example, like in the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 (2011), Gregory Goyle was the one to die in the Room of Requirement, not Vincent Crabbe.

Evelyn's father was a death eater and supporter of the Dark Lord. She grew up and was close friends with Draco Malfoy in their youth but had parted ways in their early years at Hogwarts. As Voldemort was growing stronger during their fifth year, Draco and Evelyn were now involved in something much darker. Forced into a betrothal with each other unwillingly to strengthen Voldemorts future cause and supports. In an effort to break away from the horrors, they reach out to the Order of the Phoenix, determined to pivot the fate of their world.
