This is a story that is based on the Greek gods and it WILL NOT follow Greek mythology word for word...
Which means, as soon as the characters are introduced, the story doesn't go with what mythology says, like how artemis is the goddess of childbirth... Yah, NOPE (basically in the story he is the god of the moon and just the moon...)
And Ares in the story controls fire and light (like sunlight)... So this is not that far from true, but still.
NOTE: In the story, Artemis is a MAN (not a woman), and Ares is a WOMAN (not a man)
