Sequel to BAD INTENTIONS The tension between me and Xander grows with the silence that fills the room. I can tell he doesn't really want to have this conversation with me and it's making me regret asking him if we could talk. I just don't know when I'll have the chance to speak to him again and I need to take some things off my chest or I might explode. He looks at me and I realize that I should start talking before he walks away. I sigh then I walk towards him until I'm standing in front him. His eyes follow me but he doesn't say anything. I look up at him and think about the way he spoke to me the other night. I can still see the anger in his eyes. I try not to get intimidated by him but it's hard not to. He begins to shake his head. "Caroline-" "Just give me a few minutes, please," I say. "I just-" he sighs as he looks down at me. "I don't want to say anything that will hurt you." "You don't have to say anything," I say to him. "Just listen."
