The words father made my blood harden. I never knew him but it felt like he was with me very day. I ran until I was out of sight of the beastly figure that walked over to my mother and towered over her. I saw her softly mouth the words 'I love you' and then she was gone, just like that, right before my eyes. her body lay there lifeless and dead.
I then woke up remembering where I was.

17. That's how old I am today. It's about time too. I was getting sick of being 16. I hear a low rumble being emitted from my chest. I run towards the woods before the change takes over my body.
