The Dragon's Wife has been told to many children time and time again that one day the dragons will return to claim what is theirs. But then again, a story is just a story, and all stories begin somewhere.
In the developing world, Patricia Keyser attempts to help keep her father's business afloat while they are drowning under the debt her late mother had incurred on the family. With very little money for herself, she makes ends meet diving into dumpsters and scavenging what she can. It is not until she meets downtrodden Shun Ao, a man looking for work, that her life turns topsy turvy.
