Reilly Blake is a teenage girl whose parents' high-paying jobs took them around the world during her early years. After settling in Australia for two years, Reilly was forced to part ways with her best friend Luke Hemmings. Now back in America where the Blake family originally started out, Reilly finds herself struggling with anxiety and the strict hand of her closed-minded parents. When her best friend Luke's band starts taking off and travels to London, Reilly takes Luke's advice to come visit. With a developing crush on the drummer and two stuffed suitcases, she jets across the ocean in hopes of experiencing something better than her unwelcoming home.
