I felt the warm, wet blood against my neck as she pressed the blade to my throat.
Her smile was twisted, her teeth stained with the blood of the people she'd just killed.
I'd seen her move-I knew I couldn't outrun her. There was nowhere to go.
I wanted to escape. I needed to. But I couldn't.
She leaned down, lips near my ear, and whispered:
"Run."

Blade's eyes turned cold. Like a dark colored ocean that just froze. He took a frightening step forward so now his face was only inches from my face, even with his height, making my breath hitch in my throat. I could no longer breath. No longer see people repeatedly walking past my house. No longer hear those birds in the tree that were begging me to run. I could only see his dark blue eyes that held so much danger and anger. I could only hear his rapid breathing and even his fast heartbeat. I was just that dazed into his stare.... more like glare. "Is there someone else?" he said so low no one could hear but me. And I heard him. So clearly. I heard the threat telling me to say yes for he can make whoever the competition is disappear. I heard the anger he held behind his low tone. They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. They drag you around with metal chains, hit you and turn you into a experiment. But I had enough of the tugging, the clawing, the moaning, the crying and pleading for them to stop, but simply feeding them with our pain. They turned me into something, that neither do they know what I am. Their afraid of me, of my reflexes, my strength. I killed a lot of them. They say I have a cold heart, that I don't feel nothing.
