book 1 Luz Noceda gets into fights constantly in her home town. so her mother, Camila, sends her to live with a old friend of hers named Eda until her next school year is over. Luz has to attend Hexside High, a prestigious boarding school in Bonesborough. Luz has always had a thing for music and money, so she decides to create a band since she has to be stuck there. Amity Blight goes to Hexside High, she is the next to own her family's multimillion business. although she has always had more of a liking to singing then creating home defense systems. she has a secret not many know about, besides her siblings of course. and she accidentally flirts with none other than the new student. human band AU. contains; sexual context, alcoholic beverages, smoking, and cursing. A Change For The Better (Human AU)
Luz Noceda was a troublemaker for sure. The Hispanic girl always got into fights with people over stupid things. It didn't help that she was failing all her classes except Physical Education. The girl was on her way to the principal's office to find out her punishment for getting involved in another fight when something crazy happened. Luz was going to be sent to another school! Not only was this school a boarding school, but it was also Hexside the most famous school in Connecticut. Luz tries to convince her mom to opt out of it, but her mom agrees with the principal's decision. Luz is forced to pack and leave two days before the second semester and live with her Mom's friend, Eda. On the way, she meets a few people and a minty-haired devil standing before her eyes. She finds herself intrigued by the girl and tries to get closer to her. Will Luz find friends and adjust to her new life at Hexside? Will she get close to the minty-haired girl? Or will she drown in her self-pity? Find out. WARNING. She's an outcast who's seen as awkward and weird by her peers, and her only friends are the characters she reads about. It isn't easy being one of the only openly queer kids in her school. All she wants is someone to understand and love her for who she is, but will that ever happen? The two couldn't be more different, but when fate (or the science teacher) brings them together, will they form an unlikely friendship, or maybe something more? --- In this AU they're all humans, and they're also two years older for story purposes. --- You can expect: rivals to lovers but mostly friends to lovers, angst, fluff (eventually), mutual pining, found family, gay panics™️, Luz being oblivious, Amity having a sexuality crisis, etc. All before having a happy ending, don't fret, my child! --- Not intended for children. Amity's breath hitches in her throat, and she doesn't speak. "Can I kiss you?" Luz asks, her breath tickling Amity's lips. Without any hesitation Amity nods her head yes, her eyes still wide. She couldn't believe it. Was this actually happening or was she dreaming? Luz looks at Amity again, obviously nervous. She doesn't seem to move, so Amity does instead. She cups Luz's face with her hands and gently brings her closer, pressing her lips against Luz's. The hybrid lets out a muffled squeak of surprise, but doesn't pull away or try to stop Amity. After a moment Amity releases Luz and covers her mouth with her hand, her cheeks tinted pink. Luz says nothing, and her ears lower, the tips of them red. "Wow." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luz Clawthorne-Noceda had always lived in the demon realm along with Camila and Eda, her moms. She'd never gotten along with Amity Blight, but a witch's duel and a whole lot of magic changed that quicker than she ever thought it could. ⚠ All characters are the same ages as in the show ⚠ This story was completed on around 1:35 on July 31st, 2022 with a total word count of 61,250 words.Concluída
