The Republic of Kerea is a land of eternal light where nothing is more feared than the dark, and those who bring it. Yet over the years, blackness has risen and Shades -- dwellers of the Shadows, the eternal pit of darkness -- have been possessing powerful members of the government, with a plan to ascend and destroy Kerea and its inhabitants.

Kinos, a miner in the city of Laritum, does not fear the dark, nor does he revere it. He wants to spend his working hours beneath the ground, digging out precious minerals and hurdling every challenge. The rest of the time, he wishes to spend in comfort with his friends and fiancée, the daughter of Laritum's mayor. However, when Kinos' fiancée gets dragged into the Shade's conspiracy, Kinos must go to save her with the only ally who can help him: a defecting Shade.

Threads of the Midnight Forge by Fuerton
18 parts Ongoing
In the shattered world of Cynosura, where the threads of reality unravel and twist into chaos, the remnants of civilization cling to fragile zones of stability. The legendary Midnight Forge-once a beacon of unity and balance-has been destroyed, its collapse birthing a fractured land teeming with dangerous anomalies, broken alliances, and whispers of rebellion. Caelum Veyra, a haunted wanderer with no memory of his role in the Forge's fall, struggles to piece together fragments of his past while navigating a world that teeters on the edge of collapse. Drawn to his name is a destiny he neither understands nor desires, and the ghostly threads of a forgotten connection to the enigmatic Lyric Corren pull him toward an uncertain fate. As he journeys through Cynosura's volatile landscapes, Caelum discovers he is not only pursued by the shadow of his past but by powerful factions vying to control the fractured Tension. Among these forces is Sable Velar, the magnetic leader of the Threadbound Choir, whose vision of restoring the Forge threatens to erase the beauty of chaos and individuality. Her unrelenting mission brings her into conflict with Auren Thalor, a disciplined monk who believes balance lies in coexistence, not control. Caught in the crossfire, Caelum must decide whether to embrace the truth of his connection to the Forge or let the world's fragile threads unravel entirely. With its intricate tapestry of magic, philosophy, and human frailty, Threads of the Midnight Forge weaves a tale of redemption, identity, and the high cost of power. As alliances form and fracture, and the Tension continues to break, the choices of a few will shape the destiny of all. Will the shattered threads of Cynosura find harmony, or will the weave of reality come undone forever?

The Shade: Shades of Change

22 parts Complete Mature

The Shade are a collection of creatures that hide among our world. The Light Shade; the Fae, Vampyrs, Lycanthropes and Forest Elves, just to name a few. Then were are the Gray Shade; the Witches, Druids, Gypsy's and other human world magic users that keep the secret of the Shade from the humans. Then there are the Dark Shade; the Kobolds (Werereptiles), Lugats ("Evil" Vampyrs") and Cubi Race, just to name the big players. But this story is about the Dark Shade, or more specifically a Lugat named Vex. Vex is King of the Lugat's, a Dark Shade race of Bloodletters that are invisible to all but Dampirs, their mortal enemy. At least that's what they believe until a human girl named Bree sees Vex for what he is. Years later Vex kidnaps Bree taking her to his castle in Romania claiming she is merely a pet for his amusement. But before he knows it things become complicated and feelings that Lugat's can't have arise.
