Unbeknowest to the town of WayWind Coast, darkness has begun to spread over the small town. However, this wasn't the beginning. The darkness has been spreading all over that area for years. It all started as a war between two different kingdoms, Crilan and Ocubia. The war waged on for two decades and ended with the Crilan kingdom winning, but not without a cost. The King and Queen had sealed their son away in a frozen chamber in an underground tomb as to keep their lineage going for many years in the future. The King and Queen even sealed the Ocubia Kingom's King, Princess, and evil soldiers away as to make sure they wouldn't escape.

Ten thousand years later in the year of 2021, the Ocubia soldiers and Princess has been revived, but the king is still sealed away in his tomb. But they aren't the only ones to have awakened. The Crilan Kingdom Prince, Kyran Solar, has also woken up from his slumber only 16 years prior to Ocubia.

Kyran lived a solem life in Solom City with his adoptive family, the Herstons, before moving to WayWind Coast. Today is his first day of high school, and he is going to WayWind high with his adoptive brothers. While at school he meets four people, who show him around the school and town. After talking for a while, they soon become friends.

It was the next day that strange things began to happen. It all happened in a split second, no one had time to register what was happening. Strange creatures began to appear in the city, and attack innocent people. Kyran and the others were caught up in the destruction as well, but were saved by mysterious trains. While on the train, they met Space Train Conductor, Hakoyu and Space Train Dining Car Waiter, Olya. They give Kyran and the others the power to get rid of this evil darkness. It was after that day, they became.....Power Rangers Train Force!
