Bucky got a favour of wakanda to get zemo back out of jail to help him and Sam with another mission. As the mission went on Bucky and zemo had to stay in a hotel room together, over a week or two, they got to know each other pretty well. The hatred weakened, they became friends then Love between them developed, were they ready to love and depend on someone, especially each other?
