Based off 4 months after arriving at the safe haven, Thomas is still dealing with the loss of Teresa and Newt. He is depressed and rarely goes outside of his tent, Minho and Gally try their best to strive. One day, a girl is found badly injured washed up on the beach.

Second Book to Malevolent Maze "Teresa!" I sat upright after Thomas called out her name. Groggily, I sat up and rubbed my eyes before looking over at the bed opposite mine.
