The 4th quarter quell has arrived and the Capitol is getting sick of the uprisings in the districts. Using their new and highly advanced technology they set up the most horrid hunger games yet. Like the 2nd quarter quell there will be twice as many tributes. Half one girl and one boy from each district. The other half, one girl and one boy from each district revived from the dead tributes of previous years. The dead tributes are reaped and pulled out of their slumber. Fern lives with her Aunt in district 7 living as average of a life you can in the districts. When Fern gets reaped there's no hope, or so she thinks. Teaming up with a 'dead' boy can she survive the games?....LET THE 100th ANNUAL HUNGER GAMES BEGIN!
