Harry Potter, also known as the Boy Who Lived, was a name everyone in our world knew. Somehow, an infant had defeated the most powerful dark wizard in history. Following the deaths of his parents Lily and James Potter, he became the heir to the Noble House of Black when he was adopted by his Godfathers Sirius and Remus Black. The followers of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named were sentenced to life in Azkaban prison and given the Dementor's Kiss for their crimes and the war left many pureblood children orphaned for one reason or another. Artem Beaumont, although a couple years younger than the rest of the members and a Pureblood Slytherin, was a member of the Order of the Pheonix in the war. He was quickly recruited for the position of D.A.D.A. Professor after the war was over by then-Headmaster Albus Dumbledore for the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Artem brought with him his only daughter Madeline, who was born in the castle in the middle of the war when her mother was cursed. Madeline was raised inside the walls of the Hogwarts castle, beloved by students and faculty alike, but seldom had company her own age until her formal schooling began on September 1st, 1989. When the new students arrive for the school year, she has to do her best not to stick out.All Rights Reserved
