And just when they crashed into the billboard, they saw an old man sitting next to them, drinking tea.
He invited the both of them to join his ninja team at the Monastery, where they met Cole and Zane.
Ever since then, the five of them have been living happily together while Jay, Trey, and Cole began to develop a friend circle.
But when a new member joins the team, things take a turn for the challenging side.
Will the team keep the light in the realm, or will they succumb to the darkness?
And what'll happen when the Master of Wind falls for the Master of Ice?

After a night of scary tales, young Lloyd Garmadon is scared, and the ninja use this against him. As a result, the team is divided... Until the next day, when they wake up, and Lloyd's parents and Sensei Wu have gone missing! The only thing remaining from them- An ominous note, threatening the ninja if they dare go search. Will they unite to help their young friend, or will anger and discord keep them from finding their Sensei?
