The Man In Blue

Hoax Street is a dull,dark and gloomy area in the middle of sub-urbes where it is always dark and creepy ,thus giving rise to rumors about a mystical other worldly being dressed in navy blue roaming the streets at midnight.
Ellena Hides a resident, while having a very hard day finds a mysterious envelope with writings "GIFT CARD : TO MISS.ELLENA HIDES" and in a magical snowfall she for the first time sees Light in the gloomy city when she encounters "The Man In Blue" .
What consequences will there be?
