Eren Jaeger, a 16-year-old boy was just cleaning the captains quarters, when he saw a white flower on top of the table. When he touched it he and the 104th Cadet Corps plus Captain Levi and Hange got transported in the future when young Kris Jaeger was 16 and Eve Jaeger was 13. Along with the two Arlerts, two Kirsteins, two Springers, 1 Galliard and 1 Jaeger (Zeke's child)

Of course, the mad scientist Hanji had to try out more experiments and it's always on Eren. One wrong move made the poison turn Eren into a child. Just God knows how Hanji will survive from Mikasa.
