Meet Gillian "Gill" Demofonte. A 17-year-old with nothing to lose and nothing to gain. From a dreary life on the East coast and all across the Southern-Midwest, she's thrown into a California lifestyle. This move is like all the others: an unnecessary fresh start. Gill is about to discover that LA will be the first (and last) place she ever calls home. Can she battle the ups and downs of life while still being a carefree teenager? Blandview High Musical is the summer novel you won't wanna miss out on reading! -- as a "legal" counter, it's only fitting to say that none of the actors/actresses have agreed to be in the following fiction. Nor do I own any of the music that is used in the book. There is no money to be made from this and it was only a shared dream between myself and the main character of the book. Happy readings! --

Fourteen years, two months, twenty nine days. That's how long Juliette Mason was encased in ice for, mirroring Captain America without all of the cool superpowers. Her life is turned upside down as she realizes what's going on all those years later, having no idea how long passed until she wakes up to see doctors, smartphones, and not Canada. Before she went under, she was the songwriter and executive producer for High School Musical, making sure everything was realistic for a high school setting, something the script writers weren't keen on. The week before the Utah premiere, she took some time off and headed to Canada with her best friend, never to be seen again until fourteen years later. Now, deciding to head to East High for her senior year, she wants nothing to do with High School Musical, hoping for a normal senior until she's roped into their musical, which just so happens to be High School Musical: The Musical. But, after being considered dead for fourteen years, is fitting in as easy as it looks?
