After the loss of his dear mother, Schoeder, a 24-year-old, is sent off to a winter party by his father with Charlie Brown in the countryside to find a wife. There he finds himself meeting an old friend or someone he had always found an annoyance in his childhood. But now he sees her in a new light, she had become a lady since the last time he saw her. With the pressures of high-class society and both with the pressure of having to find a spouse they slowly become close friends. But with their friendship something else may bloom between them. 


This a Peanuts AU where it is set in the early 1800s. This was a story inspired by some of icecreampizzer's drawings on deviantart. You can as well find her on Instagram as icecreampizzer.

Yes Scrooge is married to none other than his business partners daughter. Marly died seven years ago and in his will a request that his daughter marry none other than Scrooge? Simply put it would strengthen Scrooges claim to the business and secure that his daughter lives a comfortable life without her father. She went along with it as it allowed her security and stability in life only meeting her soon to be husband the day of the wedding not knowing what her father had placed upon her shoulders. After seven years of marriage you'd think she'd get through to him but no. He hasn't changed and it seems he never will. But maybe just maybe this Christmas things will change. (Y/N) is 33and Ebenezer is 42. Just a heads up as the avatar age for a woman to be married would have been between 20 and 22 but for the men it didn't really matter. Gross ik, but that's what it was like. I've just made them a bit younger so it's less blegh, when they married she would have been 26 and he would have been 35. I do not own the characters or original story by Charles Dickins, nor the Netflix film just the readers perspective and the ghost I've created for this fan fiction story.
