The ninja, are still suffering after the loss of Nya, all wanting nothing more than to relax. However, they don't get the chance as they are soon faced with a threat of a lifetime. Friendships are tested, lives are on the line and they are pushed further to the edge they have ever been before.
Imagine if Ninjago was made actually made for teens and young adults instead of kids, where it explored darker themes. This is how I believe Crystalized and Dragons rising should have been written.
