The story is set in a distant future, where a group of teens are mysteriously arrive in a giant, stone maze. Not only has their memory been wiped, but they also have no indication of who they are or why they have ended up in this position and what means they must take to escape. Ashley in 3rd in charge in the glade along with one of her closest friends Newt and their leader Alby her job makes her help run the glade. She's been the only girl in the maze since she first arrived. Ashley has accepted that her life will probably always be the maze but then she meets Thomas the new greenie in the maze.
