Baubles and Beads

Growing up in in the agricultural town of Wheaton, Fin was raised by local elders rather than his own father. One day an invitation is received to join one of the three most prestigious magical academies - the Cyklan Academy of Magic. His father immediately accepts on his behalf and ships his son to the foreign country of Cykla. With only a talent for handicrafts how will he fair at a school of the world's most coveted battlemages and diviners?
