this story is about bucky barnes and levina lex. 

levina was put up for adoption at the age of 1 and doesn't know her parents. unfortunately at the age of 3 she was taken by hydra and tested on. she was injected with a million things and began to have powers. her powers consist of:

-super speed/can fly
-telekinesis 
-element manipulation 

levina is now 16. levina is still in hydras hands with no clue of her past or who she really is. all she knows is hydra, her powers, and her partner bucky barnes. bucky was taken by hydra days after she was. bucky and levina constantly argue. let's just say they have a love hate relationship. what happens when the acengers become levina and buckys next mission?

Her and fury are close but when the avengers come to the helicarrier and find her training what will fury and the avengers do when the avengers want her on their team and fury doesn't.
