After the death of her brother, Cade starts writing him letters - maybe because her new therapist suggested it, or maybe because she just doesn't have anyone else to talk to. Cade knows it's a stupid idea - she'll never get a real answer. However, after a visit from her brother's best friend, she starts receiving letters back. She'll never admit it, but they might be helping. **trigger warning: this story deals with mature topics that might be triggering, like mental health and suicide.**
