This a poetry book full of Romasu's valuable memories and deepest thoughts. 
Sometimes we are in our lowest and we just need to share what we are going through because it is not healthy to keep something hard for ourselves. Sometimes we are extremely happy and we also need to share how we are feeling because we can't feel low again.
