Rachel was born in Sokovia, before it.. you know. Before the Avengers and Hydra tore in two and separated her from her birth parents. She was an only child, her parents were normal civilians who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Just barely hanging on to any Sokovian accent, she was unknowingly about to be adopted, six years after her rescue. What would happen if she found out her new father was an Avenger and her new mother's brother was one as well?

The Daughter Of An Avenger
Life as an Avenger can be difficult enough, but being the daughter of Captain America Is even tougher. Sarah Rogers has been through so much since she was born. Her DNA is shared with her father, which has resulted in her growing at twice the rate of a normal child. Banner and Stark had studied her anatomy since birth and couldn't understand it either. It was just unexplainable. Now being 19 years old, she is strong, intelligent and courageous and she has shown it through her training with the other Avengers. During her time at the compound, Natasha had taught her how to fight in hand-to- hand combat as well as using a gun (safely of course). Hawkeye taught her to shoot with a bow and arrow. (Hitting the target each time like he did) She grew more intelligent with regular informative lectures with Dr. Banner. She was the ultimate Avenger, but Sarah however always felt as though her father wanted to keep her hidden from the world, but it wasn't all that he was hiding.
