In the most deeper part of a forest lives an unseen beast -- an unseen beast that it would wake up every twenty years, waiting for its next offering to calm its hunger.

Seiren, a woman born between a human and a unseen being, is chosen to be the sacrifice to the unseen beast that lives inside the Cursed Forest to stop the misfortune that had fallen upon the village after she was born. When she met for the first time the mysterious creature, she finds out who the mysterious beast is!

Toji, a man who was chosen to protect the first child of the Black Butterfly, arrives at the small village where he meets for the first time Seiren. Knowing that the unseen beast had already chosen its next vessel, he will try everything he can do to protect the Black Butterfly's child and to stop the curse brought by the red butterflies that has fallen over the village.

"To protect Yugen's life, I'll do everything, even if I have to taint my hands with your blood."

Since Mifuyu was a child, he was able to see what others cannot see; he was able to see strange creatures that look like they came straight out of hell. But on one fateful day, he meets the most beautiful man; the one who would be his savior. Being fascinated by this unseen man, he would go to the park every day only to see him, changing his destiny. The seventh day was supposed to be the last day he would see daylight, but the beautiful man heard his prayers. The beautiful man hearing the young boy call out to him, decided to give him a opportunity to live. The beautiful man saved him from the woman of the red butterflies, who wanted to consume his existence and become human. The young boy's life was now in the hands of the beautiful man.
