After the War of the Hivemind, Queen Thorn of the SandWings started Golden Claw Cave, a school populated mostly by SandWings and SandWing hybrids of the Scorpion Den, but is open to all.
While the students do get along, a newish danger awaits. Visions are showing Rattlesnake and Vulture's Talons of Power terrorizing the school. It's up to six dragons and dragonets to protect the Scorpion Den's hope at prosperity. Can they win the fight, or is the Scorpion Den doomed to be taken by the underworld?

Misunderstood Love
Spittlebug moved to Pantala to get a breath of fresh air from her busy hive life. She intended to create a farm and sell whatever she grew to the neighbouring kingdoms. Maybe even find a wife and settle down with some dragonets. Until she quite literally bumped into Meltwater. Not wanting to break the dragon's heart, she agrees on a date. Hopefully she wouldn't regret her choice... Meltwater had a hard life. She's repressed a lot of memories of her past, but she knows her and her best friend, Skink, have survived a lot. They kept each other alive while they were out on the streets, neither being wanted by their parents. But now, she was grown, and the two ran a shop together. And she managed to stumble her way into Spittlebug. She'd not the biggest fan of the small dragon, but she does come with free housing, and the HiveWing does seem attached... Will the pair eventually find a romantic spark, or will the relationship go up in flames? And how far along will it go? Well, lets find out... This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. Wings of Fire: Lemming's Story
NOTE: The following is a fanfiction inspired by Tui T Sutherland's "Wings of Fire" saga. "Wings of Fire" does not belong to me, and much of the material included in this story is fanon, not canon, though several canon characters will be making appearances throughout the story. Taking place during the events of "Book 1: The Dragonet Prophesy" and the War of SandWing Succession, this is the story of Lemming. Lemming is a young IceWing of middle class rank, who has been a loyal soldier on Blaze's side in the war for a couple years. She's small for an IceWing of her age, but has been able to use this to her advantage to become a successful soldier and survive in the war. However, after a battle takes a turn for the worse, Lemming is left as one of the few survivors and imprisoned in the SkyWing arena. This new world is more brutal than the battles she'd fought in the war, and the SkyWings don't kill for necessity -they kill for entertainment. Can Lemming survive in this new kill or be killed world, or will she be just another body to be swept from the arena sand? NOTE 2: Some of the wording and phrasing of Pt4 comes straight from "The Dragonet Prophesy". That wording was created by Tui T. Sutherland, not me, though I am using it for descriptive purposes in those specific scenes, which first appeared in "The Dragonet Prophesy". All chapter cover artwork made and designed by me. And how will a secret admirer come into play? Especially when Spirit begins to get more visions of strange giant creatures deep within the ocean.
