Crystalized (A Sanders Sides fanfic)

Virgil Grey had always loved skating. He'd never taken classes nor tried too hard, but he found himself slowly climbing the ranks to the top with his natural talent. Until he suddenly starts falling right back down the mountain he unknowingly climbed. For the last 3 years, he'd been stuck in fourth or fifth place for any and all ice skating competitions and no-one knows why. All anyone knows is that the mysterious rookie ice-skater that popped up out of practically no-where seems to have lost his emo spark.

Logan Johnson is quite the opposite of Virgil in terms of success. Since he was a kid he'd been taking classes and practiced constantly until he physically could not practice anymore yet no matter how hard he tries he just can't seem to progress enough to reach the top. No matter what he does, success is always just out of his grasp which is why he seeks out the once famous Virgil Grey after finding out the ice skater works at his local coffee shop. Will this sarcastic, closed off man actually help him out, though?

Now, Roman Garcia? That dude is livid. He was once a hockey player and a damn good one at that! After he got injured during an intense game, that he totally won thank you very much, he's finally able to get back on the ice only to find he has to completely relearn how to skate thanks to his injury. His balance is wonky, his right leg can't hold much weight, and when he moves it's no longer graceful. Very annoying. Obviously, he tried to reteach himself but eventually accepted his defeat and realized he needed help. For once. Thankfully for him, a try-hard and a competitive skater are in town.

Three skaters, three different goals, three entirely different personalities, one rink. This surely won't end well. Right?
