Life has a way of teasing you, dangling your biggest dreams right in front of you. The moment you wrapped your fingers around that dream would be the same moment it shattered. Crushing your soul so fiercely, it would never heal from that near fatal wound. Yet, life moved on, and she expected you to find a new path. To find a different route to take, because death wasn't the answer she pointed towards.

Izuku Midoriya, now 20 years old, made a living as a popular romance novelist. Without a quirk he needed to find a new dream, and maybe he could live his old ones through his writing. He didn't expect to run into a villain that day, and definitely didn't expect to finally reunite with Katsuki Bakugou.
Maybe life wasn't so bad after all. If only he could figure out how to explain his novels love interests to his old childhood friend while simultaneously watching his back for crazed villain fans.

Before UA started, both Todoroki and Bakugou meet and discover they are mates, deciding to keep it a secret until the 'Traditional UA Soulmate Party' which occurred on new years eve. The pair feel a sense of being incomplete, realizing they had a third mate. Todoroki and Bakugou soon discover Midoriya is about to do something fatal, but they managed to get him to a hospital just in time. But the doctors couldn't heal the broken Omega, who was constantly plagued by the monsters he called parents, who stop at nothing to bend the Omega into what they want him to be. Summary 1: Chapters 1-18 Izuku is facing attachment issues ever since the war arc. He found himself unable to sleep without Katsuki beside him to reassure his existence. So as any person would, Katsuki decided to help Izuku with it. The two stay glued onto each other like shoelaces, being able to untie themselves, but deciding not to. Summary 2: Chapters 19-26 Nobody said being a hero was easy, take Hawks for example. People both love and hate him for his actions, imposed on him by the hero cooperation and out of his control. Katsuki was attractive, die hard attractive.
