An updated version of How Not to Use Magic, the last one wasn't doing so hot anyways.
Perhaps, deep down, Pat always knew it had been a bad idea. Truly, what had he been thinking that night. Did Patrick Alixa really think that a party hosted by those... monsters would go well?
Of course he didn't, he wasn't a fool. Despite what the Ferins may believe, Humans knew all too well the dangers of this world. But while he wasn't a fool, he was lonely. Patrick had just wanted a friend, going to a new school was scary, especially to one who'd never been to one before.
But, in the end...
Patrick had made three mistakes that damned night. Well, more then three, but three major ones.
The first was showing up in the first place, Patrick hadn't belonged there, not in the slightest. He knew it, everyone knew it.
The other two were much more deadly, and proved truly foolish. But then again, how could he have known, he was just a stupid, weak human... right?

Soon, that becomes the least of her problems. There's a prophecy that everyone seems convinced that it's about her, a fight club that she accidentally signed up for, the dragon that lives in the arena, and the threat that terrifies the entire school. There's only one person who can stop the threat before it's too late - the subject of the prophecy. Unfortunately for Alyssa, no one knows how to stop the threat or what exactly it is. Despite the fact everyone seems to thing the savior is Alyssa, no one knows for sure, and one false attempt will destroy everything Aptitude Academy has ever known. Everything is cringy and bad about this story, but I decided to complete this book since I got a lot of comments disappointed it was never finished. Eric didn't choose or really want to be gay, it just kind of happen- something that just happened, he can't even remember how he found out he was gay all he knew was that he was, And it wasn't like there's nothing wrong with that. Eric wasn't homophobic, he didn't feel disgusted in himself but rather disappointed.
