People Are Hypocrites

Effie Blakely has had a lot of shit happen to her in her 30 years, and it's overflowing in her brain. Born to a single mother who lived at home, she was raised by two strong women with conflicting, yet colorful, personalities. By the time she was 14, Effie knew both love and loss. She knew that with pain comes hope. She also knew that while the world could often display its ugliness, that it also had immense beauty in hidden corners. Effie is also pregnant. She has decided it's time to let everything that makes up Effie Blakely spill out onto these pages, in hopes that it will help her nonexistent daughter navigate this thing called life.
