Iris wakes up to find herself in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, and she missed the last flight out of the country. Now she must find a way to navigate this vastly different world, a world where everyone who wasn't bitten the first night gained a superpower, that is, everyone except for her. As she learns to survive with her friends, she grapples with the uneasiness all this is causing, who can she trust? Where can she go to be safe? Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.
