George loves everything about the ocean, the smell, the sound, and the sand between your toes. George also loves his internet best friend, Sapnap, for years they had known each other and for years George never understood the flutter in his stomach or the increase in his heartbeat whenever his friend joined the call. So when Sapnap invites George to come stay at a house he rented on the coast, he soon finds out what those butterflies are from, and he's not sure whether he's meant to be relieved or incredibly nervous.

Everything Gets Better
Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for. But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. Instead of waking up a minute after he passes out, he has his first seizure ever, live on Twitch... The fight gets heated and Dream throws a punch at Sapnap, but misses. Dream had seen something he's never seen before, and that just might be what draws him back to the water, and potentially risks his life. - A few disclaimers; Both Dream and George have announced that they are completely alright with fanfictions and shipping. If either of the two change their mind, I will do no other than take this story down. I completely respect the two content creators, and I hope you do too. I am NOT trying in any way, shape, or form trying to ship Tommy and Tubbo. The two are minors, and have very publicly stated that they are not okay with it. It is not okay in the slightest. In my story, they are really close friends, just as they are in real life. I am not trying to force any real life ships, and I hope that my story, it doesn't come off that way.
