George loves everything about the ocean, the smell, the sound, and the sand between your toes. George also loves his internet best friend, Sapnap, for years they had known each other and for years George never understood the flutter in his stomach or the increase in his heartbeat whenever his friend joined the call. So when Sapnap invites George to come stay at a house he rented on the coast, he soon finds out what those butterflies are from, and he's not sure whether he's meant to be relieved or incredibly nervous.

Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for. But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. Instead of waking up a minute after he passes out, he has his first seizure ever, live on Twitch... Dream had always been scared of water, mainly due to trauma as a child. However, one day, his best friend Sapnap tries to get Dream out of his comfort zone. Then, of course, something goes wrong. Dream had seen something he's never seen before, and that just might be what draws him back to the water, and potentially risks his life. - A few disclaimers; Both Dream and George have announced that they are completely alright with fanfictions and shipping. Can they figure out their romantic feelings before it destroys their friendships? I don't ship dnf or any of the other ships in this story in real life and I've tried to be as respectful as possible. Resurrection (A DNF Story)
Members of the DreamSMP are over at Dream's place when Sapnap and a few others begin to cross the line with Dreamnotfound jokes. Eventually, Dream has had enough of George being uncomfortable because of the sexual jokes and decides to knock some sense into Sapnap. The fight gets heated and Dream throws a punch at Sapnap, but misses.
