When Aru Shah wakes up, she has everything she has ever wanted. Her father, her sister, her mother. The world treats her like a princess. They bow to her father. The Sleeper won. And as far as Aru is concerned, that is how her whole life has been. She is the solider of the Sleeper. She tracks down and ends any rebellion. The Sleeper rewrote reality. But one day, when she is send to take down a group of people, they know her name. They say that the world is wrong and that they were once friends. Deep in her gut, she trust them. At night, she gets dreams of a life that is not hers. But should she turn her back on the life she always wanted for her past life?
I own none of the characters but I have had this idea for a while and wanted to see if others liked it. Enjoy!!

New Years Day
Did Aru want to go to the new years party? No. Would she rather be on her couch in her pajamas watching Lord of the Rings while eating way too much Swedish Fish? Who wouldn't? Her father. Her father wouldn't. He wanted her to go there and "socialize" which was code for "you need to find someone to marry because your life's really sad". It was some party for his law firm he started with one of his friends too, not even like a rager which would've been mildly fun. Aiden's father was a crappy one at best. So when Aiden's dad made him the photographer at some stupid new years party that he was throwing for his law firm, of course he protested. But he couldn't look at his mom so happy about it and still tell her that he didn't wanna do it. So he was still the photographer. Shit. When they both meet, (it's up to you to guess what happens, pretty easy) Okay so this is my first fanfic so please don't make fun of it if it's like REALLY bad but there's an unfortunate lack of aru shah aus that I HAVEN'T read and I'm like obsessed with aruden it's starting to become an issue hahah i'll TRY to update, and if I have writers block or smth i'll give yall a heads up and write something in place of it:) and yes this is very much based off of new years day by taylor swift AS OF NOVEMBER 2025: first place in the RR Presents category for the Fireworks Demigod Choice Awards second place in the Best Platonic Relationship category for Aru and Rudy for the FIreworks Demigod Choice AwardsConcluída

(Aru x Aiden forever :D) (Also, this takes place right after Aru Shah and The City Of Gold.) The first time that the pandavas met Kamadeva, it went well. They returned his bow, and he gave them magical gifts. This time, however, things go sour. Kamadeva curses Aru, saying that she is doomed to fall in love with someone who didn't love her back. (Looks like he learned a few tricks from Aphrodite...) Fortunately... that curse might not be true. Aru's POV- I've always liked Aiden. Forever, and ever, and ever... But now he knows.
